As the year closes, The Angels are asking us to release ego based concerns and activities. Perhaps you have an idea about your divine purpose right now but feel fear about moving forward or might feel blocked to understand it. Archangel Michael will help you release anything standing in the way.
Take two or more sheets of paper. Breathe deeply, relax your muscles and calm your mind chatter. Then, at the top of the page write-“Dear Archangel Michael, What is that i need to release to be fully on my guided path?” 


Jot down everything that comes to mind- thoughts, visions, shapes, feelings, sentences, one word. Write down everything you receive, even if you don’t resonate or understand the meaning.

Then take the paper and burn it or immerse it in water or bury it while saying “ I now release anything that is not for my highest good”

We are going through a time/energy frame where we are highly sensitive especially our bodies. The angels want you to understand your body’s sensitivity and respect it.  This week detoxify yourself from chemicals and processed foods. Mediate on your sacral chakra which is second energy center in our body located between tailbone and belly button. Visualize it glowing in bright shade of orange to keep it balanced.

What you Resist Persists!!!

I begin this blog by sharing something I heard Jennifer Aniston saying to Oprah just after a highly hyped divorce. She said   "what you resist persists"( said by Carl Jung),   and it got me thinking  it kind of applies to us all in all our areas of life we struggling to come to terms with and adapting to constant changes we go through different phases of life, after-all life isn’t constant. So, what you resist persists so what does one do? Either, fight that resistance or accept or let it go as most spiritual teachers will give an advice to let it go!! But I ask what is that we need to let go? The feelings or the memories associated with those feelings or the person or the event itself? I feel It usually comes down to acceptance. I know one will ask, "is it fair to accept   various situations/people we come across where we felt we been victimized?
