The Angels this week are reminding you that you’ve got the power. It’s a reminder of your innate spiritual abilities and gifts. You have the power to change everything in your life; perhaps you have been complaining about something or feeling like victim and blaming someone else for it. The angels are reminding you use your natural spiritual gift of manifestation. Complains are also negative affirmations that attract more of the same in your life. The angels are here to replace old complaining habit with healthier response of intending desired outcome.



At the same time don’t give in to fear based energy.  Take this time to cleanse yourself of negative energies. Vacuum away fear and replace it with energy of love. Be assured it’s safe to see the energy of love in all its forms, such as angels, auras and visions. Trust your insights and seek guidance from them. Your third eye chakra (between your two physical eyes) is active now and the angels are sending you clairvoyant messages in the form of repetitive numbers like 222,111,123 etc or in the form of shapes, colors, dreams etc or through symbols and signs. Trust your inner and outer vision.

What you Resist Persists!!!

I begin this blog by sharing something I heard Jennifer Aniston saying to Oprah just after a highly hyped divorce. She said   "what you resist persists"( said by Carl Jung),   and it got me thinking  it kind of applies to us all in all our areas of life we struggling to come to terms with and adapting to constant changes we go through different phases of life, after-all life isn’t constant. So, what you resist persists so what does one do? Either, fight that resistance or accept or let it go as most spiritual teachers will give an advice to let it go!! But I ask what is that we need to let go? The feelings or the memories associated with those feelings or the person or the event itself? I feel It usually comes down to acceptance.
