Make an intention of inviting transparency from one and all, including yourself.
Healing is a deep dive into our own minds and recognizing what’s calling for attention.
Clearing, recognizing, acknowledging, and shifting with awareness is needed every day for our minds just like we need to require a bath to clean and refresh our bodies.
How can you make that shift? Redikall makes it easy.
Recite the clearing statements or write the affirmation 7-21 times each day for 21 days and see the shift .
If one of the clearing statements resonates more deeply than others .. trust your inner guide and stay with it and use it as your mantra.
Let’s do the work! Let’s make 2022 the year we acknowledge and honor our inner world easily because our ultimate goal is eventually our authentic selves, the light we originally carry and took this birth. Embrace the light, because the world … we ourselves need more of that ❤️

I begin this blog by sharing something I heard Jennifer Aniston saying to Oprah just after a highly hyped divorce. She said   "what you resist persists"( said by Carl Jung),   and it got me thinking  it kind of applies to us all in all our areas of life we struggling to come to terms with and adapting to constant changes we go through different phases of life, after-all life isn’t constant. So, what you resist persists so what does one do? Either, fight that resistance or accept or let it go as most spiritual teachers will give an advice to let it go!! But I ask what is that we need to let go? The feelings or the memories associated with those feelings or the person or the event itself? I feel It usually comes down to acceptance.
